TESDA Secretary Isidro Lapeña graced as Guest of Honor yesterday in the Launching and Blessing of the Siargao Manpower and Livelihood Training Center in Dapa, Surigao del Norte.
“We are privileged to have no less than the Director General of TESDA during the Opening of our Center located at Brgy. Osmena, Municipality of Dapa, Siargao Island. We hope that this Center, with the TESDA training courses and assessment it will soon offer, will help equip our people with relevant skills in order for them to become more productive citizens of our country.”
“Naghinaut ako na hamok pa na oportunidad sa trabaho an mag-abri para sa mga Siargaonon pinaagi sa trainings na ihatag nan ini na Center,” Congressman Francisco Jose “Bingo” Matugas II in his message yesterday.
