John Talisay and Mark Bustarga of the Fisheries Management Regulatory and Enforcement Division (FMRED) were formally sworn in as Launch Service Supervisors on Monday, December 15, at the BFAR Regional Office V in Bula, Camarines Sur.
The oath-taking ceremony was administered by Regional Director Ariel U. Pioquinto and was organized by the Human Resource Management–Personnel Selection Board (HRM-PSB).
Key officials and staff of the bureau were present during the event, which marked another step in strengthening BFAR Bicol’s operational leadership.
