The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office V – Bicol Region, through the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), strengthened the skills of its field implementers through the Training on the Enhanced Transformative Learning Path Module (ETLP): Pagpupunla Curriculum held on August 4–5, 2026, in Paniman, Caramoan, Camarines Sur.
The two-day training equipped the Caramoan team with practical facilitation and group management skills to better engage the newly organized Set 14 Active Partner-Beneficiaries in meaningful learning sessions.
Through continuous learning and capacity-building, DSWD Bicol – 4Ps continue to strengthen its frontline workforce in delivering learning interventions that help families build confidence and participate actively.
The activity brought together MOO staff, 19 Municipal Links, and two Social Welfare Assistants.
