In response to the Tropical Depression (TD) Wilma, the Department of Health Bicol Center for Health Development (DOH Bicol CHD), through its Health Emergency Management Services (HEMS), has prepositioned various health emergency commodities amounting to a total of PHP 481,889.76 to all Provincial DOH Offices and the City Health Office of Naga as of December 4, 2025.
This is in preparation for the possible health risks associated with the ongoing developments of the Tropical Depression (TD) Wilma.
The health emergency commodities consist of drugs and medicines as immediate medical aid for injuries and health conditions.
In addition, Health Emergency Response Teams (HERTs) have been activated and are on standby.
The DOH Bicol CHD has declared a Code White Alert status effective December 3, 2025 until lifted.
