Mayor Rex C. Oliva presented the five (5) newly acquired heavy equipment vehicles to the public on November 3, 2025, at the CDRRMO Multi-Purpose Covered Court. The new additions to the city’s fleet include a Crawler Excavator with Breaker Line, a Bulldozer, a 3-CBM Wheel Loader, a 6-Ton Road Roller, and a 10-Wheeler Tractor Head with Low Bed Trailer. These units are expected to significantly enhance the city’s infrastructure development, strengthen disaster response capabilities, and support a wide range of essential public services.
With these additions, Iriga City now boasts a total of fifty-one (51) government-owned vehicles dedicated to public service. This milestone underscores the administration’s ongoing commitment to modernization, efficiency, and resilience under Mayor Rex’s leadership, ensuring that Iriga remains well-equipped to meet the needs of its residents and effectively respond to future challenges.
