The Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, through EDMERO CAMSUR, officially wrapped up its month-long celebration of the National Disaster Resilience Month (NDRM) 2025 with a culminating and awarding ceremony held on August 15, 2025, at the Fuerte CamSur Sports Complex.
This year’s theme, “KUMIKILOS para sa Kahandaan, Kaligtasan, at Katatagan,” highlighted the coordinated efforts of the Provincial Government, Provincial/Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils, Local Government Units, civil society organizations, academe, and the private sector. Through various exercises, workshops, competitions, and community initiatives, participants showcased how collaboration strengthens capacities, reduces risks, and cultivates a culture of preparedness across the province.
Aiming to strengthen the capabilities of response teams, empower every community, and enhance disaster preparedness, the Provincial Government of Camarines Sur, under Governor Lray Villafuerte, continues to uphold its commitment to building a more resilient CamSur.
