Leaรฑo II, CPA as the new Officer-in-Charge Regional Director following the turnover of leadership from outgoing Regional Director Imelda F. Gatinao, who has been reassigned to DOLE Regional Office No. XII effective June 4, 2026.
The ceremonial turnover and assumption of office were held on June 8, 2026, at the RD Zen Hall, marking the official transition of regional leadership.
During the ceremony, OIC Regional Director Leaรฑo II accepted the symbolic key of responsibility and expressed his commitment to upholding the agencyโs mandate and values.

He also paid tribute to the leadership and accomplishments of Director Gatinao, recognizing her significant contributions to the region.
