“We are more than happy to turn over these land ambulances. To our drivers, do not forget to practice road safety and defensive driving so that our patients can make it safely to the health facility,” DOH Bicol Regional Civil Engineer, Engr. Roengen N. Punzalan said.

Mr. Dante F. Atento, Management Support Division Chief together with Engr. Punzalan; Ms. Tricia Barozo, Development Management Officer IV; Mr. Noel De Sagun, Development Management Officer IV; and Ms. Kathleen Jane Cubelo, Development Management Officer IV, led the ceremonial turnover of the ambulances to the various Local Chief Executives and Chiefs of Hospitals.
