A total of 1,527 Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) learners from the 36 barangays of Iriga City successfully completed the requirements of the ECCD Program for School Year 2024–2025 and took part in the Moving Up Ceremony held at the Iriga City Sports Center from April 21 to 23, 2025.
The ceremony was conducted in five clusters over three days to accommodate all learners and their families.
The event, anchored on the theme “First Steps Towards a Brighter Future,” celebrated the learners’ milestone as they prepare to transition to formal schooling. Proud parents, teachers, and barangay officials gathered to witness the recognition of the young achievers who have completed the foundational stage of their education under the ECCD framework.
