Isang inter agency task force kaugnay sa Federalism at Constitutional reform ang binuo ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
Bahagi ng nasabing task force ang office of the Cabinet Secretary, Presidential Management Staff, Presidential Communications Operations Office, Office of the Presidential Spokesman, Presidential Legislative Liaison Office, Office of the Political Adviser, Commission on Higher Education, Development Academy of the Philippines at University of the Philippines Law Center.
Si DILG Secretary Eduardo Año ang magsisilbing chairperson ng task force habang Vice Chairperson naman si Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra.
Ipinauubaya na rin ng Palasyo sa task force ang pagtatalaga ng permanenteng representatives na may ranggong Undersecretary at Assistant Secretary.
Inoobliga ang task force na magsagawa ng konsultasyon at repasuhin ang mga probisyon ng 1987 Constitution pati na ang pagsasagawa ng public information drive at advocacy campaign sa pinakamababang antas sa lipunan.
Kailangan ding magsumite ng task force ng quarterly report sa Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte.
