Hacking incident transpired at Brgy. Gonosan, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 8:00 PM of November 19, 2020, wherein victim identified as Anthonieto Cananie Tacoy, 50 years old, male, married, a resident of Purok Bombil, Brgy. Gonsosan, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur was stabbed by suspect identified as Fedelino Marbasa Ababa, 64 years old, male, married and a resident of Purok Bombil, Brgy. Gonosan, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur.
Initial investigation disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim and the suspect were having drinking session at the house of the suspect and heated argument ensued between them wherein the suspect got his bolo and stab the victim hitting at left inferior chest and was brought to Salug Valley Medical Center for treatment.
Suspect voluntarily surrendered to the Barangay Tanod of Brgy. Gonosan, Molave, Zamboanga del Sur and turned-over to Molave Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with the bolo used in the said crime.
He is now under custody of Molave MPS for filing of appropriate charge/s.
