Police elements of Pagadian City Police Station conducted police operation against wanted person at F.S Pajares – Urro St., Brgy. San Jose, Pagadian City, Zamboanga del Sur at about 11:30 AM of November 19, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Noel Pacalioga Aupe, 49 years old, male, married, and a resident of Purok Adelfa, Alano Street, Brgy. San Jose, Pagadian City. He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for Violation Of Section 11, Art ii of RA 9165 docketed under Criminal Case No. 21-2736 issued by Executive Judge, Regional Trial Court, Ninth Judicial Region, Multi-Sala Station, Pagadian City dated November 10, 2020 with no bail recommended.
He is now under the custody of Pagadian City Police Station for proper disposition.
