Police personnel of Salug Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. Arlan L. Delumpines conducted joint drug buy-bust operation at Brgy. Poblacion East, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte at 11:22 AM of December 26, 2020.
That resulted in the arrest of Jobane Banggot Mohamad, male, 34 years old, single, fish car driver, high school graduate and a resident of Brgy. Caracol, Salug, Zamboanga Del Norte, di watch listed.
Confiscated items during the operation were five sachets of suspected shabu with estimated weight of 1.5 gram with street value of ₱ 10,000.00, one brown leather wallet, one piece of ₱ 500.00 bill as marked money.
Confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Lab Office for laboratory examination, while arrested suspect is now under temporary custody of Salug MPS for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
