Police personnel of 2nd Zamboanga del Norte Provincial Mobile Force Company, Lopez Jaena Municipal Police Station and Labason Municipal Police Station, CIDG Misamis Occidental conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Brgy. Imelda, Labason, Zamboanga Del Norte at 4:06 PM of December 26, 2020.
That resulted in the arrest of Dionesio Callenero Habagat, Top-5 Most Wanted Person municipal level, 65 years old, male, widow, farmer and a resident of Purok 6, Brgy. Sibugon, Lopez Jaena, Misamis Occidental.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case No. 2764-13, issued and signed by Hon. Roy P. Murallon, Presiding Judge of Regional Trial Court, 10th Judicial Region, Branch 13, Oroquieta City dated December 27, 2016 with no recommended bail bond.
Accused is now under temporary custody of Lopez Jaena MPS for proper disposition.
