Dr. Jose Llacuna Jr., DOH Regional Director announced this afternoon that the 1st PUI admitted at Caraga Regional Hospital is negative of COVID-19.
The laboratory result released by RITM was received today and Dr. Llacuna said he already called Dr. Cheryl Gotinga that the 38 years old male patient from Cabadbaran can be released from confinement at EREID or Emerging and Reemerging Infectious Disease Ward.
Statistics in the country reported 217 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 17 deaths.
In Caraga Region, there are 13 Patients Under Investigations, 6 admitted at Caraga Regional Hospital in Surigao City, 3 at Adella Serra Ty Memorial Medical Center in Tandag City, and the 4 PUIs are required for Home Quarantine.
There are 3,873 Persons Under Monitoring and 3,596 of them are actively monitored by DOH medical personnel. (DOH Caraga/RPN DXKS)
