Subject: Sweeper Flights from SIARGAO to CLARK, PAPANGA
Please take note of the following:
- There are TENTATIVE three (3) to five (5) sweeper flights that will transport you from Siargao going to Clark, Pampanga which are TENTATIVELY scheduled at any time tomorrow, 21 March 2020;
- In this regard, WE WILL BE POSTING HERE (ON THIS FAN PAGE) THE FORM WHICH YOU ARE GOING TO DOWNLOAD, FILL OUT AND SIGN;
- The FORM that you are going to fill out will serve as your PLANE TICKET;
- After filling out the FORM, kindly take a picture of the same then email at

- You should email to us a picture of the filled out form for prioritization, because each flight can only accommodate a total of 86 passengers;
- We will be posting here later the list of tourists, who will be included in the flights;
- Only those who are included in our priority list and those who can present an original copy of the duly accomplished form will be allowed to enter Siargao Domestic Airport tomorrow or at any time the plane will come here; and
- The accomplished FORM, which will serve as your PLANE TICKET, will be collected upon boarding the plane.
