General Nicanor Faeldon kaugnay ng kuwestiyunableng pagpapatupad ng Good Conduct Time Allowance (GCTA).

Does not exclude any convict of any crime that’s why in their computation upon conviction, all convicted of any crime when they behave well in jail they’re granted conduct time allowance for studying, teaching, mentoring and there’s also a stand on special time allowance for loyalty but what is very clear with him is that application of GCTA was never changed since 2004 up to this day,” ani Faeldon.

The information on preventive imprisonment there was a line inserted that says, the habitual delinquent, escapists, recidivists, and those charged with heinous crime are not covered by the provision of this act,” ani Guevarra.
