Police operatives of Zamboanga City Police Station 8 led by PCPT Allan Benedict R Rosete conducted anti-illegal drugs operation at Madre Compound, Barangay Recodo, Zamboanga City at about 9:20 PM of August 1, 2020.
The operation led to the arrest of Ernesto Danag Y Badilyes, 32, male, married, carpenter, high school level and a resident of Madre Compound, Barangay Recodo, Zamboanga City.
Recovered during the operation were Three (3) sachets of suspected shabu with estimated DDB value of P2, 000.00 weighing more or less 0.011 grams and Five (5) bills of P100.00 as marked money.
A case for violation of R.A 9165 sec 5 and 11 is now being prepared for filing at the City Prosecutor’s Office against the suspect while all confiscated items were brought to Zamboanga City Crime Lab Office for examination.
