Operatives of Tambulig Municipal Police Station together with Intel operatives of 1st Zamboanga del Sur PPO- Provincial Mobile Force Company, Regional Intelligence Unit 9, PNP-Intelligence Group, Military Intel Agencies with the support of National Intelligence Coordinating Agency IX,(supporting units) conducted joint law enforcement operation against wanted person at Purok Biasong, Barangay Sumalig, Tambulig, Zamboanga Del Sur at about 01:15 PM of August 1, 2020.
The operation resulted in the arrest of Julito Agbay Kinawalan, 31 years old, male, married, farmer, Top 6 Most Wanted Person (municipal level) and a resident of Barangay Pange, Siayan, Zamboanga Del Norte.
He was arrested by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the Crime Of Murder issued by Hon. Jaime B. Caberte, Presiding Judge Of Regional Trial Court, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 23, Molave, Zamboanga Del Sur On November 18, 2018 with no bail recommended.
Accused is now under the custody of Tambulig MPS for proper disposition.
