Arrested of one person for Violation RA 9165 alias “EMERALD”, 37 years old, Male, single, a resident of Brgy San Vicente, Dapitan City at around 8:35pm in Purok Mangga,Brngy Banonong,Dapitan City.May 09,2024.
CDET operatives of Dapitan CPS led by PMSg Ronald C Wapelle (lead unit) together with the operatives from RID9, 1st ZNPMFC, 901st RMFB9, and 5TH SOU, MG conducted a Buy-Bust operation at the above mentioned place that resulted to the arrest of the above mentioned suspect.
Subject is listed as SLI in the Illegal Drugs watchlist of Dapitan CPS.
Confiscated Items are 1 pc. small transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (buy-bust item) 4 pcs. small transparent plastic sachets containing a white crystalline substance believed to be shabu (in possession) 1 pc. 1000.00-peso bill with serial number PA 297324 as buy-bust money and 1 Unit INFINIX Cellular Phone, purple color with black cellphone case and sim card, served as container of Shabu.
The total estimated weight of the alleged shabu is 1.5 grams with an estimated worth of PHP 10, 200.00.
The said suspect was informed of the cause of his arrest and was apprised of his constitutional rights in a dialect he fully understood and is now under the custody of Dapitan CPS for filing of criminal complaint while the confiscated drug items will be brought to ZN Provincial Forensic UNIT-9 for Chemical Examination.
