Zamboanga del Sur – Pursuant of the IATF ordinance, Governor Victor J. Yu signs Executive Order No. 2021-09 “An Order Extending the Effectivity of EO 2021-05 and Prescribing Additional Guidelines Thereof” from April 2 to April 30, 2021. All requirements must shown as follow:
- General requirements for Non APORs: must- depend on the City/Municipality
- Additional requirement for Non APORs coming from areas under ECQ and MECQ is Negative RT PCR result

- Must pass symptom screening at border checkpoints
- SPaSS shall take effect on April 15, 2021
