A Turn-Over Ceremony of Coast Guard Station Siargao was led by by Commodore Luisito S. Sibayan PCG, commander of Coast Guard District North Eastern Mindanao (CGDNEM), at the Headquarters Coast Guard District North Eastern Mindanao, Borromeo St., Surigao City last 19 May 2021.
LTJG Wenceslao John M. Wenceslao has formally assumed duties and responsibilities as the new station commander of CGS Siargao after CDR Elaine R. Pangilinan properly relinquished duties and responsibilities as the outgoing station commander. Pangilinan will still continue in leading the Coast Guard Station Surigao Del Norte as the station commander.
“Always remember to watch over and protect your personnel, as well as the facilities and equipment. These are the best assets in your unit,” said commodore Sibayan.
Likewise, LTJG Wenceslao ensured that significant projects and developments will continue for the greater benefits of the Command.
