“Gatherings are safe for as long as the minimum health standard is followed and the event is held in an open-air venue”, mensahi ni Feliciano.
“The Saturday night concert shows us a glimpse of the new normal, wherein we may enjoy the things we used to whilst adhering to the right behaviour. As we move forward from the health crisis of the pandemic, we continue to learn to adapt,” pasabot sa opisyal.

“The objective of the concert is to give Cebuanos a reason to celebrate after two years of collective fight to stand amid the pandemic and to rise from the devastating effect of Typhoon Odette that badly hit Cebu City in December last year,”pasabot ni Borja.

“I’m well aware that there were some flaws that occurred during the event. After all, we’re also still navigating through this new normal.
