Aron matuman ang iyang saad sa kampanya nga pagpalambo sa serbisyo medikal, si Gob. Pamela Baricuatro mipirma sa Executive Order No. 1, nga nagsugo sa dali nga pagpagawas sa pondo alang sa mga tambalanang gipadagan sa Kapitolyo sa Sugbo.
Sumala sa EO No. 1, tag-₱5 milyon ang ipagawas nga pondo alang sa matag provincial ug district hospital sa lalawigan sa Sugbo. Ang maong pondo gamiton sa pagpalit sa mga tambal, medical supplies, ug ubang gikinahanglan nga gamit aron mas mapaayo ang ilang emergency ug immediate response capacity.
“An amount of Five Million Pesos shall be released to each provincial and district hospitals within the Province of Cebu for the immediate and emergency purchase of medicines, medical supplies, and other related necessities, as they deem appropriate, to enhance their immediate response capacity.”
Kini nga lakang kabahin sa padayon nga paningkamot sa administrasyon ni Gov. Pam Baricuatro sa paghatag og mas episyente, mas paspas, ug mas duol nga serbisyo medikal sa mga Sugbuanon.
