Be informed that at about 6:35 AM of November 18, 2020, while the PNP personnel of Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSMS. Fernando S. Gomolon conducted coastal patrol at Municipal Seawater of Brgy. Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte and they successfully caught in the act one Ricardo Atsapiro Bugahod, 33 years old, married and a resident of Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte fishing without permit at the Municipal Seawater of Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte.
Confiscated during the said operation were one pump boat and fishing net. Said person was arrested for Violation of Municipal Fishery Ordinance no 005-008-2015 and now he is under the police custody of Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
Be informed that at about 9:00 AM of the same date, while PNP personnel of Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSMS. Fernando S. Gomolon Jr. conducted Seaborne/Coastal patrol at Municipal Seawater of Brgy. Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte and successfully caught in the act a certain Leon Uy Laquio Jr., 52 years old, male, married, a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte, fishing at said place without fishing permit, a violation of Municipal Fishery Ordinance No. 005-008-2015.
Confiscated from him his driven white and red combination fishing boat, locally known as “OK-OK” with markings “MNZ”, and fishing net. Said boat is registered under the name of Ma. Josefa L. Zabala.
Apprehended suspect is now under the custody of the same police station for proper disposition as well as the pump boat and fishing net.
