Be informed that at about 9:30 AM of November 18, 2020, elements of Liloy Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PMAJ. ROLDAN C. MOLATE – COP conducted Intel driven operation against another wanted person at Brgy. Patawag, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte which resulted to the successful arrest of Julito Bongat Erro, 71 years old, male, married, fisherman and a resident of said place, by virtue of Warrant of Arrest for the crime of Illegal Possession of Explosive Dynamites intended for Illegal Fishing, docketed under Criminal Case Number 1353 duly issued by Paquito B. Melicor, Presiding judge of 7th MCTC, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated September 18, 1991, with bail bond recommended amounting to ₱ 18,600.00.
Arrested wanted person was duly apprised of his constitutional rights and anti-torture law and now under the custody of Liloy MPS for proper disposition.
