Be informed that on or about 4:45 PM of December 27, 2020, Intel Operatives of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) led by PSSg. Michael Cuenca-TL conducted anti-illegal cockfighting operation at Purok Everlasting, Brgy. Olingan, Dipolog City and that resulted to the arrest of JULITO TAMALA TICON, 56 years old, male, single, and a resident of Brgy. Olingan, Dipolog City and NOEL BANTILAN SALVADOR, 59 years old, male, married, and a resident of Brgy. Olingan, Dipolog City.
Said persons were caught on the act engaged on illegal gambling (Tai-tari) at said place. Recovered at the said area were two (2) red fighting cocks with gaffs (all dead) and bet money amounting Two Hundred Pesos (₱ 200.00).
Arrested persons were now in the police custody of Dipolog CPS together with the recovered items prior filing of case in court.
