Be informed that at about 4:45 PM of December 27, 2020, CDET of Dapitan City Police Station (CPS) led by PSSg. Dexter Labisig conducted drug buy bust operation at Purok Mangga, Brgy. Sulangon, Dapitan City that resulted to the arrest of one Jerry Yonzon Acopio, 36 years old, male, single, (Date of birth: Sept 23, 1984), a resident of Brgy. Sulangon, Dapitan City (Surrenderee watch listed).
Confiscated during the operation were one (1) transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu (buy-bust evidence); One (1) pc. 500 peso bill with SN G295574 as marked money; three (3) pcs. transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline granules believed to be shabu; one (1) big empty transparent plastic sachet used as container; different denominations worth ₱ 290.00 as proceeds money.
Estimated total grams of confiscated illegal drugs is 0.9688 grams with estimated market value of ₱ 2,000.00.
Affiants are PSSg. Ronnie Montero -Arresting officer and PSSg. Ronan Quizo-Poseur buyer. Said suspect was an SAP Beneficiary.
