DOH CHD – Bicol confirms the positive case from Bato, Camarines Sur who was tested via RT-PCR by a DOH accredited private laboratory in Manila through his company. His result came out positive on July 27, 2020, however, his Case Investigation Form (CIF) was received only yesterday from the said laboratory.
A 38-year-old male security guard from Bato, Camarines Sur tested positive for Covid-19 according to DOH Bicol. His history of exposure is still being established. Said patient is now in quarantine.
Releasing of other details about the said patient is at the discretion of the Local Government Units (LGUs) concerned guided by the provisions of the Data Privacy Act. (OIC Melvin Barayoga, RPN DZKI Iriga)
