Be informed that at about 10:50 PM of December 5, 2020, Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) received a phone call from one Gina Yano Magallanes, 50 years old, female, married and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte and reported that her husband one Romeo Malda Magallanes, 55 years old, male, married, and a resident of same place who is under the influence of intoxicated liquor got wild and threatened to kill them.
Acting of the report, PNP personnel of Sindangan MPS led by PMSg. Felix C. Isaw went to the place of incident and caught in the act the suspect shouting and uttering indecent words to his daughters and wife.
Further, responding team then placed the suspect under arrest and brought him to Sindangan District Hospital for medical examination then to Sindangan MPS.
Arrested suspect is now under the police custody of Sindangan MPS for proper disposition.
