Mariing tututulan ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang anumang reclamation projects sa Manila Bay hangga’t siya ang naka-upong Pangulo ng bansa.
Iyan ang harap-harapang inihayag ng Pangulo sa inagurasyon ng bagong ayos na Sangley Airport sa Cavite kahapon.
Ayon sa Pangulo, hindi makakukuha ng go signal sa kaniya ang anumang pribadong reclamation projects maliban na lang kung ito’y mayroong koneksyon sa mga pagawaing bayan.

Naniniwala ang Pangulo na tiyak malalagay sa balag ng alanganin ang buong Metro Manila sa sandaling payagan ng mga susunod na Pangulo ang mga planong reclamation sa Manila Bay.
