Be informed that at around 4:00 PM of September 2, 2020, PNP personnel of Sindangan Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSSg. Jessy Ray Adipen- Intel Operative of this station arrested JOSEVITO CACHIN VALLECER JR., 42 years old, male, single, Filipino and resident of Disud, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.
Said under influence of intoxication liquor he got berserk and threw stones to the house of the victim WILFREDO NARAGA JUMANGUIN, 73 years old, male, married and a resident of Bantayan, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte.
Initial investigation conducted disclosed that accordingly, suspect was very angry because he believed that the boyfriend of his mother was hiding inside the victim’s house as a result, the plywood walling and the refrigerator were damaged.
Estimated total cost amounted to ₱ 15,000.00. Arrested suspect is now detained at Sindangan MPS for filing of case to Court.
