Be informed that at about 4:12 PM September 2, 2020, PNP personnel of Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) conducted intel drive operation at Purok 7, Brgy. Tabon, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte resulted to the arrest of the Suspects namely: MARLYN BUCALOD BAYNOSA, 55 years old, widow, female, ROSALIA BUCALOD CUEVAS, 62 year old, married, female, GINA BUCALOD PASTIDIO, 50 year old, married, female and GUALBERTO MERTALLA MORATALLA, 68 year old, male, all farmers and residents of Purok 7, Brgy. Tabon, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of “ESTAFA” docketed in criminal case no. 6112 by virtue of Warrant Of Arrest duly issued by the Presiding Judge CHERRY JOY C. CONCHA-AGEAS, 9th RTC, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 28, 2020 with recommended bail bond ₱ 40,000.00.
Arrested wanted persons are now under the custody of Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
