Be information that at about 3:40 PM September 2, 2020, PNP personnel of Jose Dalman Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PSMS Fernando S. Gomolon Jr. conducted intel driven operation at Tabon, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte which resulted to the arrest of Suspects namely: JESSE SUBANO VILLARE, 66 years old, and RONIE BUCALOD CUEVAS, 42 years old, both married, farmer by occupation and residents of Tabon, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga del Norte for the crime of “ESTAFA” docketed in criminal case no. 6112 by virtue of Warrant of Arrest issued by the Presiding Judge CHERRY JOY C CONCHA-AGEAS, 9th RTC, Branch 11, Sindangan, Zamboanga del Norte dated August 28, 2020 with recommended bail bond fixed ₱ 40, 000.00.
Arrested wanted persons are now under the custody of Jose Dalman MPS for proper disposition.
