Be informed that at about 3:10 PM of September 2, 2020, one Emmanuel Durano Quicio, (DOB: August 19, 1970), 50 years old, married, government employee, a resident of B17, L2-Victoria Country Homes, Brgy. Obay, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte personally appeared to Polanco Municipal Police Station (MPS) and voluntarily surrendered/turned-overĀ one (1) unit Caliber 22 Rifle, MLIN with serial no. 984517541 one (1) magazine without ammunition, with an expiry date of August 3, 2015.
Said firearm is now temporarily deposited at Polanco MPS for safekeeping and proper disposition.
