Be informed that at about 11:00 in the morning of September 2, 2020, PNP personnel of Dipolog City Police Station (CPS) led by PEMS Federico A. Lacay – Warrant PNCO, served a warrant of arrest at Brgy. Sta. Filomena, Dipolog City arrested RONALD ANDASE ABILLE, Filipino, single, male, 20 years old, elementary graduate, businessman and a resident of Purok Ramos Village, Brgy. Sta. Filomena, Dipolog City for “VIOLATION OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 107 (TRAFFIC CODE)” docketed under criminal case number B-74684, issued by HON. KENNETH ROSAL, Presiding Judge of MTCC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 2, Dipolog City, dated August 28, 2020, with bail bond recommended amounting to Three thousand pesos (₱ 1,000.00) for her temporary liberty.
Accused is now under the custody of Dipolog CPS for proper disposition.
