Be informed that at about 8:30AM of September 2, 2020, Mutia Municipal Police Station (MPS) received a call from MDRRMO informing that Hacking Incident was transpired at Brgy. Diolen, Mutia, Zamboanga Del Norte and the victim were ongoing medication at Mutia Rural Heath Unit.
The suspect Thelma Agan, 48 years old, female and a resident of Brgy. Unidos, Mutia, Zamboanga del Norte allegedly hacked her live-in partner Carlito Dalman Gumicad, 42 years old, male, carpenter and a resident also said barangay hitting the left hand resulted to a minor open wound. Initial investigation conducted disclosed that according to the suspect that her live-in partner Carlito Gumicad (victim) was under the influence of intoxicating liquor during the incident and it was only self-inflicted injury due to his negligence.
Incident happened at about 8:00 o’clock in the evening of September 1, 2020 of Brgy. Unidos of said municipality.
