Be informed that at about 11:50 AM of September 2, 2020, PNP personnel of Godod Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCPT. ROSELLER TAMPARONG BUBURAN-ACOP serve the Warrant of Arrest at Bunawan, Godod, Zamboanga del Norte, against the accused ANSANI ANGOON y INTAS, 64 years old, male, married, Filipino, Farmer and a resident of Sitio Dahikan, Bunawan, Godod, Zamboanga del Norte to serve the Warrant of Arrest against him for MURDER docketed under criminal case number L-003913 issued by Hon. ANTHONY D. ISAW – Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 28, 9th Judicial Region, Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte dated February 21, 2020 with no bail recommended.
However, when the team was at his house, accused Ansani Angoon and his families presented DISMISSAL ORDER issued by the same Judge Hon. ANTHONY D. ISAW dated July 27 – 31, 2020 at Liloy, Zamboanga del Norte which also indicated that the Warrant Of Arrest issued was ordered lifted and set aside.
Team returned to said police station at around 12:45 PM of same date.
