Yesterday, November 6, 2020, while conducting combat operations, soldiers of the 41st Infantry Battalion under Lt Col. James Erasmus F. Gagni together with Patikul MPS PCpt. Albert M. Carbungco caught two (2) individuals using illegal drugs in the area of Brgy. Langhub, Patikul, Sulu.
“The proliferation of illegal drugs must be stopped, the 41st Infantry Battalion has zero tolerance for the use of these illegal substances. We will continue to do our best to help the PNP stop these criminals.” Says Lt. Col. Gagni
The troops recovered two (2) sachets of crystalline powder believed to be Shabu and various drug paraphernalia. The suspects and the recovered drugs are now in the custody of the local PNP for proper processing and handling.
