12 New Confirmed COVID–19 Cases

Specimens were examined at ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR MOLECULAR LABORATORY

As of November 7, 2020, 4:00 PM:

1. ZDS 420 – A 24 y.o. female, from P. Talisay B, Brgy. Kawit, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 or exposure to a confirmed case. Symptomatic. Rapid Antigen result: Positive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 2, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of a private hospital. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
2. ZDS 421 – A 54 y.o. male, from P. Kahayagan, Brgy. Dumagoc, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 or exposure to a confirmed case. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 2, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of a private hospital. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
3. ZDS 422 – A 32 y.o. female, from P. 7, Tulawas, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19. Close contact of ZDS 305. Symptomatic. Rapid Antigen result: Positive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 2, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of a private hospital. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
4. ZDS 423 – A 32 y.o. male, from Alta Tierra, Napolan, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 or exposure to a confirmed case. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 3, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of a Government hospital. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
5. ZDS 424 – A 66 y.o. female, from P. Quezon, Sto. Nino, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 or exposure to a confirmed case. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 2, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted at the Covid Isolation Unit of a private hospital. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
6. ZDS 425 – A 31 y.o. female, from P. Pag-asa, Sto. Nino, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19. Close contact of ZDS 339. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 2, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of Pagadian City. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
7. ZDS 426 – A 32 y.o. female, from P. Pag-asa, Sto. Nino, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19. Close contact of ZDS 339. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 2, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of Pagadian City. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
8. ZDS 427 – A 39 y.o. male, from P. Pag-asa, Sto. Nino, Pagadian City. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19. Close contact of ZDS 339. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 2, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of Pagadian City. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
9. ZDS 428 – A 42 y.o. female, from P. Rizal, Poblacion, San Miguel, Zamboanga del Sur. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 but with history of exposure in the workplace. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 3, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of San Miguel. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
10. ZDS 429 – A 55 y.o. female, from P. Tuburan, Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. No history of travel to areas with known COVID-19 but a close contact of ZDS 127, 338 and 285. Symptomatic. RDT Result: Nonreactive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 4, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of Aurora. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
11. ZDS 430 – A 33 y.o. male, from P. Bayabas, Lumbia, Pagadian City. No history of travel/exposure to COVID-19 cases. Symptomatic. Antigen Swab Result: Positive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 2, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated at the Covid Isolation Unit of Pagadian City. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
12. ZDS 431 – A 69 y.o. male, from P. Bougainvilla, Upper Pulacan, Labangan, Zamboanga del Sur. No history of travel/exposure to COVID-19 cases. Symptomatic. RDT Result: Nonreactive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 2, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted at a private hospital. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
