PNP personnel of Sirawai Municipal Police Station (MPS), 905th Company of RMFB IX and 42nd Infantry Battalion of Philippine Army conducted Intel driven operation against loose firearms at Brgy. Pisa Puti, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte at 8:55 AM of September 14, 2020. The operation resulted in the arrest of four (4) suspects identified as Lamlon Duho Maguindanao, 32 years old, married, farmer, of Brgy. Culasian, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte; Pahad Halid Gapor, 20 years old, single; Alphad Halid Gapor, 19 years old, single; and Embran Halid Gapor, 17 years old, single, all residents of Brgy. Pisa Itom, Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte.
Confiscated items during the operation were one-unit M16 rifle caliber 5.56, seven (7) pieces magazine for Caliber 5.56, 113 rounds of caliber 5.56 ammunition, two marble guns, four replicate improvised gas-powered gun and one chainsaw.
Arrested suspects and confiscated items were now under the temporary custody of Sirawai MPS for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
