Senators Bong Go and Robin Padilla visit Zamboanga City Friday afternoon to personally distribute cash assistance and relief goods and other stuff to over 1,000 families affected by tropical storm Paeng.
Mayor John Dalipe joined the senators during the activity held at the WMSU gym and facilitated by the DSWD. He thanked the senators for their continuous concern and assistance to the people of Zamboanga.
Senator Padilla’s share of assistance to 946 other families was distributed last Tuesday, Nov. 15 at the Zamboanga East Central School by his staff in his absence.
Senator Bong Go and Padilla came from the province for a similar distribution of assistance to Paeng-hit families Friday morning.
