ZDS 1075 – A 60 y.o. male from P. 14, Poblacion, Lakewood, ZDS. Admitted in a Government Health Facility last December 21, 2020 and with a positive Rapid Antigen result taken on the same day. Unfortunately died today December 22, 2020 at around 2:27pm with the final diagnosis:
Acute respiratory Failure Secondary to CAP – MR; COVID – Confirmed; COPD in AE; DM Type II – Uncontrolled, Hypertension stage 1
Post mortem care done based on COVID protocols.
