ZDS # 531 – A 54 y.o female from P. 3, Mahayahay, Kumalarang. Admitted in a Government health facility. Positive RT- PCR result received on November 11, 2020. Expired at around 1:30 am of November 21, 2020 with the final diagnosis: Acute Respiratory failure secondary to COVID-19, Pneumonia, severe, End-stage renal disease.
Post mortem care done based on COVID protocols.
