  1. ZDS 530 – A 60 y.o. male, from Purok 7, Poblacion (Upper Mahayag), Mahayag, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic with comorbid illness. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 3, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in the Covid Isolation Unit of Mahayag. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  2. ZDS 531 – A 54 y.o. female, from Purok 3, Mahayahay, Kumalarang, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic with comorbid illness. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 3, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer to a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  3. ZDS 532 – A 22 y.o. male, from Purok 3, Sinaging, Ramon Magsaysay, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Asymptomatic with comorbid illness. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 3, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in a Covid Isolation Unit of a Government Hospital since November 11, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  4. ZDS 533 – A 43 y.o. female, from Purok 1, Lumpunid, Midsalip, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Asymptomatic with comorbid illness. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 3, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer to a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  5. ZDS 534 – A 39 y.o. female, a government employee from Purok 2, Middle Phase, Alta Tierra, Tiguma, Pagadian City. With history of exposure in the workplace. Symptomatic. Antigen Swab Result: Positive (11-5-2020). Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 5, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in a Covid Isolation Unit of a Government Hospital since November 5, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  6. ZDS 535 – A 29 y.o. female, from Purok Lupoy, White Beach, Pagadian City. A close contact of ZDS 446. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 8, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in a Covid Isolation Unit of a Government Hospital since November 8, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  7. ZDS 536 – A 37 y.o. female, from Purok 3, Buenasuerte, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to confirmed COVID-19 case. Asymptomatic. RDT Result: IGG and IGM Reactive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 9, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in a Covid Isolation Unit of a Government Hospital since. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  8. ZDS 537 – A 52 y.o. male, from Purok Orchids, Kabatan, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur. A close contact of ZDS 452. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 9, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer in a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  9. ZDS 538 – A 16 y.o. female, from Purok Orchids, Kabatan, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur. A close contact of ZDS 452. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 9, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer in a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  10. ZDS 539 – A 59 y.o. female, from Purok Talisay B, Kawit, Pagadian City. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 9, 2020. Antigen Swab Result: Negative (11-7-2020). Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in the Covid Isolation Unit of a Private Hospital. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  11. ZDS 540 – A 64 y.o. male, from Purok Masagana, Poblacion, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to a confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic with comorbid illness. RDT Result: IGM and IGG Reactive. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 9, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently isolated in the Covid Isolation Unit of Aurora. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  12. ZDS 541 – A 18 y.o. female, from Purok Orchids, Kabatan, Vincenzo Sagun, Zamboanga del Sur. A close contact of ZDS 452. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 9, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer to a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  13. ZDS 542 – A 66 y.o. male, from Purok Sto. Niño, Libertad, Aurora, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 10, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in the Covid Isolation Unit of a Government Hospital since November 4, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  14. ZDS 543 – A 53 y.o. female, from Purok Sampaguita, Kagawasan, Pagadian City. Without history of travel/exposure to confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic with comorbid illness. Antigen Swab Result: Positive 11-8-2020. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 9, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in the Covid Isolation Unit of a Private Hospital since November 8, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  15. ZDS 544 – A 45 y.o. female, from Purok Rizal, Sto. Niño, Tukuran, Zamboanga del Sur. Without history of travel/exposure to confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 9, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in the Covid Isolation Unit of a Private Hospital since November 9, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  16. ZDS 545 – A 78 y.o. male, from Zone 3, Purok C4, Tiguma, Pagadian City. Without history of travel/exposure to confirmed COVID-19 case. Symptomatic with comorbid illness. Antigen Swab Result: 11-4-2020. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 9, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. Currently admitted in the Covid Isolation Unit of a Private Hospital since November 9, 2020. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
  17. ZDS 529 – An 8 month old female, from Purok Lower Lumbia, Lumbia, Pagadian City. A close contact of ZDS 352. Symptomatic. Naso/Oropharyngeal swab taken last November 7, 2020. Result: Positive for SARS-COV-2. For possible transfer in a Covid Isolation Unit. Contact tracing by our local health authorities is on-going.
