The Zamboanga City Government recognized Vintazk Outsourcing for securing two major national distinctions, the 2025 Productivity Olympics National Award for the Service-Micro Category and a 2026 Agora Award for Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship-Medium Scale.
During the flag-raising ceremony at City Hall grounds Monday morning, February 16, the city government commended the Zamboanga City-based business process outsourcing (BPO) firm for bringing pride and recognition to the local business community through its recent national achievements.
Vintazk Outsourcing emerged as the lone national finalist from Region IX and stood out among 156 micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) nationwide in the biennial Productivity Olympics organized by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). The company was named one of nine champions across categories, earning the top honor in the Service-Micro Category for demonstrating excellence in productivity, innovation, and workplace practices.
Mayor Khymer Olaso lauded the company owned by Jervil Formilleza-Omaga for steering the firm toward sustained growth and national recognition, citing the award as a testament to the city’s expanding footprint in the country’s service and outsourcing industries.
Further elevating its profile, Omaga was also honored at the 44th Agora Awards for Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship – Medium Scale. Hosted by the Philippine Marketing Association last February 11, 2026 at the Grand Ballroom of Winford Resort in Sta. Cruz, Manila, the Agora Awards is regarded as the country’s premier recognition program for marketing and entrepreneurial excellence.
The dual recognitions underscore Vintazk’s commitment to productivity, strategic leadership and impactful business practices – achievements that only highlight the company’s performance on the national stage but also reinforce Zamboanga City’s growing reputation as a hub for competitive and innovative enterprises.
Meanwhile, the Zamboanga Chamber of Commerce and Industry Foundation, Inc. led by Engr. Andrew Wee also introduced the newly-launched ZamGo Mobile Application, a platform that allows business owners to update profiles, post promotions, and angage clients through a dashboard.
