In a message sent by Police Lt. Col. Christian Rafols II, the Surigao City Police Station received already a memo on this order.

✓ For those riders living in the same house, there is no need for motorcycle barrier.

✓ For those riders not living in the same house, they must have Angkas-designed barrier.

✓ The back rider must be an APOR (Authorized Person Outside Residence).

✓ The driver may or may not be an APOR.

✓ The motorcycle is privately owned, is not for hire and was not hired during the trip.

✓ Both riders should have facemasks and full-face helmets that must be worn all the time while back riding.
