Turnover Ceremony Of The Outgoing And Incoming DOH CHD Caraga Directors

Earlier today, March 17, 2021, the DOH CHD Caraga hosted the Turnover Ceremony of the Key of Responsibility and Command from the Outgoing Regional Director, Dr. Jose R. Llacuna, Jr. to the Incoming Regional Director, Dr. Cesar C. Cassion.

Director Llacuna will be reassigned to CHD Northern Mindanao after more than 5 years of dedicated service to the Caraganons. His legacy will continue to live on, as Director Cassion will take up the new post.
