PNP personnel of Dimataling Municipal Police Station (MPS) together with personnel from 2nd Zamboanga del Sur Provincial Mobile Force Company conducted police operation (implementation of warrant of arrest) at Brgy. Maasin, Zamboanga City at about 10:20 PM of August 27, 2020. This resulted in the arrest of Lorenzo Emit Montohin, Top-9 Most Wanted Person of Dimataling MPS, 35 years old, male, married, employee of GMA fishing company and a resident of Brgy. Maasin, Zamboanga City. This is by virtue of warrant of arrest for Crime of Rape, docketed under Criminal Case No. 06-037-m-12, issued by Hon. Edilberto G. Absin, Presiding Judge, RTC, 9th Judicial Region, Branch 29, San Miguel, Zamboanga Del Sur dated April 27, 2006 with no recommended bail bond.
Arrested accused is now under the temporary custody of Dimataling MPS for proper disposition. (PCpt. Edwin A. Duco, Chief Public Information Officer)
