On December 21, 2020 at about 1:30 PM, Joint operation conducted by personnel of Socorro Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCPT. ALEX A. CELIZ, OIC together the elements from Dapa Municipal Police Station (MPS)led by PLT. RIZALIE B. TADEO on campaign against Wanted Person at Barangay Rizal, Socorro, Surigao del Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest that resulted in apprehension of suspect identified as Santus Labe Diadula, 32 years old, single, male and residing in P-1 Barangay Rizal, Socorro, Surigao del Norte for the crime of murder issued by Presiding Judge Monique A. Quisumbing-Ignacio of National Capital Region, Branch 209, Mandaluyong City, issued on July 27, 2020 with Criminal Case No. R-MND-20-00947-CR without Bail Bond recommended.
The aforementioned suspect was Top 2 Most Wanted Person in Mandaluyong City and now temporarily detained in Socorro MPS for proper disposition.
